    Tour point 24 of 25

The SEARCH box in the middle of the Library home page can find books, journals, journal articles, reading lists and much more.

Before you start, click on one of the pink tabs across the top. For example, if you're looking for a book, choose the Books and e-books tab.

Then type a title, author, keywords or any combination of these in the search box and click Go.

If you don't choose a tab, by default you'll be searching LibrarySearch which is our cross-Library search service. This is easy to use to search on a topic but will often get you thousands of results. That means if you're looking for something specific, it can get a bit buried - so if you want one particular type of material, use one of the other tabs.
