    As a student in the faculty of HLS you'll need to use the Harvard referencing system. We recommend using Brookes Harvard as there's plenty of Library advice and guidance to help you.

    There is an old Referencing Guide for Health and Social Care students ( SHSC document store copy or download a PDF document of 922KB ). There are slight differences between this guide and Brookes Harvard and there aren't always examples in here of all the types of document you might want to reference.
