    • New students - this list of resources: Study skills: Managing yourself & your time includes books & web resources that can help you with handling your university workload and maintaining a study-life balance.
    • The Bodleian Japanese Library is a fantastic resource in Oxford and we are lucky that they allow access to some categories of Brookes students. To be eligible to apply for a Bodleian reader's card, you need to be in semester 2 of year 2 of your degree, or in years 3 and/or 4, engaged on honours level dissertation or project work. Check the Finding information for Japanese Studies page - 'Researching beyond Brookes Library, including access to the Bodleian Library' for details of how to apply or renew your Bodleian card.
    • Japanese literature is shelved around 895.6 on Level 4 of the Library. NB You'll now find these books in Zone E (the silent study room).
    • Find out about events at the Europe Japan Research Centre (EJRC) based at Oxford Brookes.
