Zumba classes for pregnant women

Zumba, the popular dance workout, recently got a new twist with a version for pregnant women, Zumba Bump. Zumba Bump is an adaptation of the Zumba Gold workout and was devised by Oxford Brookes researchers and lecturers, Dr Lesley Smith and Ethel Burns, and instructor George Martini.
Zumba Bump is free and runs every Monday morning from 10am to 11.30am at the Brookes Centre for Sport. Zumba class is 10.00-11.00, followed by Bump Club when Mums to be can relax and chat with each other and the midwives and students who also attend.
