Brookes rowers Peter Chambers and his brother Richard, together with Alex Partridge and Caroline O’Connor, were guests of honour at a very special event at the University on Thursday 6 December. Plans to expand the University boathouse at Cholsey near Wallingford were announced to an invited audience of donors, students and staff.
