You will need your User ID (student number) and password to complete online enrolment.
Students who are new to Oxford Brookes:
When you have an unconditional offer, Oxford Brookes University will send you two emails:
- one with your User ID (student number)
- one with a link you will need to use to create your password.
Please check the emails have not gone into your spam folder. These emails will start going out from 1 pm on Wednesday 5 January 2022.
Students who have previously studied at Oxford Brookes:
If you have previously studied at Oxford Brookes, you will already have a record in our student record system and have an existing User ID (student number).
If you are now returning to start a new module/course, you will not receive the emails from the University (mentioned above). You will therefore need to log in to enrol with your student number and password that was previously used.
Previously studied at Brookes and forgotten your User ID (student number)
Retrieve your Brookes User ID by entering your personal email address that is linked to your Brookes account.
Previously studied at Brookes or a new student and have forgotten your password
You can reset your password by entering your User ID (student number). An email to reset your password will be sent to your personal email linked to your Brookes account.
New students who can't find their email with the password creation link
If you have your User ID (student number) but not your password, you can reset your password. An email to reset your password will be sent to your personal email linked to your Brookes account.
