Inclusive Support Service (Dyslexia/SpLD Students)

  •  The Inclusive Support Service provides advice and support to students with specific learning difficulties (dyslexia, dyspraxia/DCD, attention deficit disorder AD(H)D and dyscalculia). For more information please visit the Dyslexia/SpLD webpages

    If you have an SpLD diagnosis and the Inclusive Support Service has read and accepted your report.

    The Inclusive Support Service will contact you directly by email and create an Inclusive Support Plan (ISP) based on the recommendations made by your assessor in your diagnostic assessment report. With an acceptable report we advise that you apply for DSA (Disabled Students’ Allowance) as soon as possible.

    Please send whatever you have about your specific learning difficulty by email to An advisor will read your documentation and advise you if it can be accepted for Higher Education purposes. Should you need to have an new assessment, you will be given advice about the options.

    Support for disabled students

    The Inclusive Support Service service can provide you with advice and information if you have a disability and/or a long term health condition. This includes both physical and mental health.
