Under the Oxfordshire training, list the Programme Leader as ‘Line Manager’ and Oxford Brookes, School of Education as your billing address. Students outside of the listed areas should complete the Oxfordshire training or contact your QTS provider.

Important documents 

You must bring the following original documents on Friday 10 September:

  • GCSE certificates (Maths and English, plus Science for Primary trainees) 
  • Your original degree certificate. If you have yet to be conferred, please ensure you bring certified transcripts.
  • Photographic ID (current passport or driving licence)
  • Evidence of any change of name e.g. marriage certificate or deed poll

Remember that prior to starting your training you must have a satisfactory DBS and Health Declaration.
