Details of all Libraries, including where they are, how to get to them and opening hours are available on the library web pages .

The University has libraries on four sites:

    • Headington Library, in the John Henry Brookes Building on the Headington Campus, is the largest Library and covers most subject areas.
    • Wheatley Library Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics and Computing and Communication Technologies.
    • The Library at Harcourt Hill is the place for Education, Early Childhood Studies, English Language, Communication and Media, Philosophy, Religion and Theology, and Sports and Coaching.
    • The Library on the Swindon Campus supports Swindon Health Care courses.

Each subject area has its own Academic Liaison Librarian who answers queries, teaches information skills and generally looks after the Library needs of the students and staff in their subject areas. Ask in the Library or look on our web pages to find out who your Academic Liaison Librarian is. Each Library also has an enquiry point, where you can find friendly help with any queries.
