Research

  • Research in the Department of Nursing takes place through Oxford Institute of Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Research (OxINMAHR) along with researchers located in the Departments of Applied Health and Professional Development (AHPD), the Centre for Rehabilitation within Sport and Health Sciences (SHS) and Psychology, Social Work and Public Health (PSWPH).

    OxINMAHR is a partnership with the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, Health Education England Thames Valley, and Oxford University under the umbrella of the Oxford AHSC. It provides a multidisciplinary environment for developing clinical research careers and has a wide skill base of excellence in clinical and methodological expertise.

    *UoA3 includes Allied Health Professions, Dentistry, Nursing and Pharmacy. We do not undertake Dentistry and Pharmacy research at Oxford Brookes
