This bitesize workshop explores collaboration and introduces three different techniques to improve collaboration and decision-making. It is highly practical and fun.
Kathy Greethurst, Staff and organisational Development Consultant, OCSLD
At Oxford Brookes, Kathy takes the lead on senior management development and has created a Brookes-specific leadership capabilities model and 360 degree feedback tool. She has designed and delivered Executive Team and Programme Lead development programmes. She also leads on development for professional services staff - for whom she has introduced new training offerings and narratives, and a supporting website. She is currently trialling a job shadowing scheme and a training toolkit. She also supports research lead development and is reviewing the University's PDR scheme. She provides close-in support to the Business School - where she has successfully run an all staff engagement initiative - and Finance and Legal Services. She acts as a tutor and assessor on the Brookes' Leadership Programme. She provides coaching, coaching supervision, MBTI and 360 support as well as workshops in leadership and management, skills development, change, HR management, coaching and mentoring, employee communications, NLP, creativity and the customer experience.
