     Indian head massage has been used for thousands of years as an effective way to relax and revitalise. 

    In this workshop you will learn a simple but comprehensive series of strokes applied to the head, shoulders, back, neck and arm area. The methods are designed to promote relaxation and relieve stress-related muscle tension.

    Christina Sage has over 25 years of experience teaching meditation, yoga and anxiety management.  For the past 8 years she has been specialising in the substance misuse and mental health rehabilitation field. She has been running 3 on going weekly mindfulness sessions for the past 5 years. She appreciates first-hand how these classes have provided her clients with essential life-changing tools to manage the many issues they encounter daily.

    Christina Sage BSc trained in MBSR at Bangor University, MBRP at The Centre for Addiction Studies at Bath University, in Structural Yoga Therapy at The Yoga Therapy Centre, London and in Cranio-Sacral Therapy at The College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy, London.
