Christina Sage has over 25 years of experience teaching meditation, yoga and anxiety management. For the past 8 years she has been specialising in the substance misuse and mental health rehabilitation field. She has been running 3 on going weekly
mindfulness sessions for the past 5 years. She appreciates first-hand how these classes have provided her clients with essential life-changing tools to manage the many issues they encounter daily.
