  • Overview
    Mindfulness can help us increase awareness and subsequently make more skilful choices in our everyday lives. When we are more present, we are often more aware and less reactive and can make decisions from a stronger, clearer place. Mindfulness helps to reduce stress, enhances focus, increases self-awareness and awareness of others, enables you to communicate more clearly and feel more relaxed and at ease. You will develop the tools to understand how to apply mindfulness to our lives.

    Once an online booking is made, you will be contacted regarding how to pay for the course. Once payment for the course is received by us or the relevant account codes have been received, you will be sent an acknowledgement.

    Please note, the cost is for the full course and no refunds can be made if individual sessions cannot be attended.

    Christina Sage has over 25 years of experience teaching meditation, yoga and anxiety management. For the past 8 years she has been specialising in the substance misuse and mental health rehabilitation field. She has been running 3 on going weekly mindfulness sessions for the past 5 years. She appreciates first-hand how these classes have provided her clients with essential life-changing tools to manage the many issues they encounter daily.

    Christina Sage BSc trained in MBSR at Bangor University, MBRP at The Centre for Addiction Studies at Bath University, in Structural Yoga Therapy at The Yoga Therapy Centre, London and in Cranio-Sacral Therapy at The College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy, London.
