  • The purpose of the PDR is to enable staff to be effective in their job and fulfil their personal, professional and career development goals all within a context of continuous improvement.

    This workshop examines the pivotal role Reviewers play in ensuring that the PDR is carried out in a way which exemplifies the aspirations and guiding principles contained within the Oxford Brookes 2035 Strategy.   

    The workshop will cover: 

    • The PDR in a Brookes context (Strategy 2035).
    • Alignment to good leadership and management practice.
    • Preparations, engagement & follow ups (for a good PDR experience).
    • Sharing techniques to enhance reviewer and reviewee experience.

    Participants will be required to complete the  PDR reviewee module prior to attending the workshop.

    Evaluation

    • Evaluation: your comments are valuable and you will be asked to complete a form at the end of the workshop.
