We pay particular attention to the anti-discrimination legislation and unconscious bias. There will be an opportunity to practice interviewing.
Participants will receive an up-date on any recent legal changes in particular those changes which relate to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and they will explore the implications of unconscious bias in the recruitment process.
Part One (the online Moodle course) must be completed at participants' convenient, at least two working days prior to attending the Part 2 webinar. The programme comprises a mix of presentations, individual and group exercises and an opportunity participate in an online interviewing panel.
