Performance management is a key part of the manager's role. This course focuses on the actual performance conversation and has been designed to enable managers to carry out regular performance conversations with staff to help them to be effective in their jobs and to deal with any issues as they arise. It complements the PDR Reviewers training which is mandatory for all managers.
All managers with line management responsibilities.

If you are unable to attend a course, we require 5 working days’ notice of non-attendance, otherwise a cancellation charge will be made for each day of a course (or part thereof).
