  • Who is it for?
    Any manager but particularly for those new to people management.

    Overview
    This two-part online session offers practical insights into how
    to lead your team through the current unfamiliar coronavirus
    pandemic. It helps you understand your own and your team
    members’ reactions and provides practical techniques to
    build team resilience and support wellbeing.

    Two part session: Part I Wed 10th March 2021 13.30 -16.00 and Part II Wed 17th March 2021 13.30 -16.00 

    Duration
    This course comprises 2 separate half-day sessions. Participants must be able to attend both parts.

  • To equip you with practical techniques to build team resilience and support wellbeing.
    You will gain a better understanding of:
    • techniques for managing teams through troubling times

    • people's different experiences of current challenges 

    • emotional reactions to change

    • mental wellbeing and mental health in the workplace

    • techniques for better wellbeing at work

    Required: approx 1 hour work in between workshop 1 and 2

    • Evaluation: your comments are valuable and you will be asked to complete a form at the end of the workshop.
