Managing and Engaging Staff Workshop

    All managers who wish to examine the relational aspects of the management/leadership role.

    Overview
    We look at ways to build trust, respect and a style of working which will foster staff engagement.

  • To provide an opportunity for you to explore your role in managing teams and individuals in order to create a great working environment where staff feel engaged and committed to their work and colleagues.

    You will:

    • look at ways to build trust and influence people
    • develop your listening skills
    • be able to adopt a conversational approach in your management of people
    • find ways to encourage creativity by bringing fun into work

    Refreshments

    • Tea and coffee will be available.
      (Lunch will be available for full day workshops)

    Evaluation

    • Evaluation: your comments are valuable and you will be asked to complete a form at the end of the workshop.
