    This workshop examines the strategy and planning process at work and helps participants identify their role, as managers, in implementing strategic objectives.

  • To contextualise strategy and planning in your role as manager.

    At this workshop, you will:

    • clarify your role in relation to strategy and setting direction at Brookes
    • discuss your vision for your managerial role and ways to improve staff engagement
    • consider a range of decision-making tools
    • monitor and evaluate outcomes
    • explore managing change and its relationship to Strategy and Planning.
    Participants will be asked to familiarise themselves with their Faculty or Directorate’s Strategy.

    Refreshments

    • Tea and coffee will be available.
      (Lunch will be available for full day workshops)
