    People who are new to management and managers who have not received any formal management training.

    This workshop focuses on the key elements for achieving results through staff engagement, planning, goal-setting and delegation.

  • To enable managers to achieve results by creating a shared vision, planning, goal-setting and delegation.

    By the end of the session, you will be able to:

    • develop and communicate your vision 
    • identify and work with key stakeholders
    • manage workloads more effectively 
    • set meaningful goals
    • delegate tasks with greater confidence

    • Tea and coffee will be available.
      (Lunch will be available for full day workshops)
