  • To provide you with a basic understanding of project management terminology and methodology, so that you can apply some of these principles and tools to your job, or to run a small project.

    By the end of this course you will be able to:

    • define a project and how it is different to business as usual
    • explain the benefits and components of project management
    • list all the stages of a project life cycle and understand the main tasks within each
    • define the responsibilities of the main project roles
    • outline the purpose of the main project tools and documentation used to:
    • identify where to go for more information and support

    • (Lunch will be available for full day workshops)
