    Stress is a part of life that cannot be avoided. However, developing the right mind-set about stress can help you better manage stress and improve your wellbeing. This short but interactive session challenges you to shift your stress mind-set to enable you to take a more positive and empowered approach.

  • To challenge you to shift your stress mind-set and provide techniques for you to take a more positive and empowered approach.
    • Understand when stress is harmful and when it is helpful
    • Review the personal choices you make that contribute to stress
    • Identify techniques to take a more positive mind-set to stress
    For 1 week before the webinar try and notice what triggers your stress response and make a note of it.
