  • As a leader or manager at Oxford Brookes, a range of development opportunities are available to you. Some are considered essential to your role and others are open to you according to your needs at different times. You can see what we recommend for colleagues who make the transition to their first management role and look at the range of workshops and online courses available. You may also want to explore whether coaching could be a helpful support to you or for members of your team.

    Much of our management development activity is linked to the Brookes’ Leadership Capabilities Model and some can lead towards an accredited qualification. All managers are encouraged to discuss their development needs with their own managers, and, if further information is required, do please contact a member of the OCSLD team.
