  • Managers and leaders can learn about their effectiveness and style as a leader and manager by using the Brookes 360 degree feedback tool to gather confidential, anonymous feedback from the people who they work with (managers/seniors, peers/colleagues, and/or direct reports). One of the OCSLD team, working with our partner, MTS Ltd provides the online questionnaire  and supports you through the process of selecting colleagues’ to participate, completing the questionnaire and receiving and responding to the feedback.
