A3.16 Serious Disruption to Teaching and Assessment

  • In the event of an incident of Force Majeure (as defined in the terms and conditions of enrolment) which causes serious disruption to the teaching and assessment of any module(s), the Academic Board may decide to minimise the potential impact upon enrolled students by adjusting assessment arrangements as it sees fit in the circumstances. Any deviation from standard practice would be 'reasonable, fair and proportionate'.
