Part of the mandatory "First Three Years" university training programme for research staff. This session looks at the support available across the university for making external research grant applications, including how to find funding opportunities, costing, impact and mentoring. The event focuses on why external research funding is important and includes a Q&A session with an expert panel, providing top tips on winning grants and managing rejection.
