Part of the mandatory "First Three Years" university training programme for research staff. This session looks at how to manage an externally-funded research grant project, including the roles and responsibilities of the Principal Investigator in recruiting, managing and developing research staff and the who and where of post award support. There will also be a Q&A session with an expert panel, with top tips on how to manage your award.

Cake, tea and coffee will be provided during the afternoon.
