• Student-led events

    Brookes Restaurant is a unique facility. As well as meeting the needs of our guests, we provide an environment in which students can learn about successful business operations, develop their product knowledge, and feed their passion for food and wine.

    As part of their final year, our students participate in a module where they can enjoy the hands-on experience of applying management concepts and theories within the realistic working environment of the Restaurant. They'll be expected to pull together everything they have learned over their four years of study to deliver a successful event.

    The themes have been developed to allow the students to engage with contemporary hospitality ideas such as food trends, global food issues, as well as exploring the role of food in cultures.
