Information to send to HR on completion of interviews

Recruiting managers must send the following to HR on completion of interviews before any contract of employment can be sent;

  • Chair Pack
  • Completed “Appointment Panel Report Form”
  • Any notes made during interview
  • Interview assessment sheets for all interviewed candidates
  • Signed photocopies of all candidates’ proof of eligibility to work in the UK - When taking passport copies we must have a copy of the personal details page, any visa stamps and both sides of biometric cards must be obtained.
  • Signed and dated copy of “Eligibility Checklist”
  • Information on whether a Certificate of Sponsorship is required.

Please note that the start date for any new employee has to be a full 24 hours after proof of eligibility has been verified.
