At OxBCNH we also collaborate with academics of Oxford Brookes University, who are leading experts in their fields. Academic research themes include diabetes, nutrition of vulnerable groups, genetics, sports nutrition, digestion, and satiety. All our research is conducted by trained personnel.
Our research follows the Glycemic Index Foundation and ISO 26642:2010 (26642:2010 Food Products – Determination of Glycemic Index) standards to ensure that the results we provide are valid, accurate and reliable.
