Twenty years ago Tina Miller conducted a study on first-time Motherhood. The findings from this research were published in a book called Making Sense of Motherhood. Tina is now collecting a new generation of women’s experiences of becoming a mother to see what (if anything) has changed.
If you join the study you will be interviewed three times. The interviews will last around an hour or so and will take place once before the baby is born (when you are between 7 and 8 months pregnant) and then twice during the baby’s first year.
Interviews will be arranged at a time and place convenient to you. Any expenses incurred will be reimbursed.
For further details about the study please refer to this information sheet.
If you are interested in taking part in the study please contact Tina Miller at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07706 898615.
The project has ethics approval from Oxford Brookes University research Ethics Committee - UREC Registration No: 171092
