Clive Booth Student Village

The University is committed to reducing the number of Oxford Brookes students living outside of University managed accommodation. As part of a wider Residential Investment Plan the University is developing plans to replace some of the older existing residential blocks at Clive Booth Student Village. The redevelopment will increase the number of bed spaces and provide the necessary facilities needed to meet our current and future students’ needs.

The proposal draws on the principles described in Oxford Brookes’ Residential Strategy and is in line with the preferred student residential options outlined in Oxford City Council’s proposed Local Plan 2036.

The exhibition will provide an opportunity to view the design concepts, a guide to the planned use of materials and will give the local community with an opportunity to feed into the process prior to the University seeking planning permission for the redevelopment.
