Staff in our partner colleges who are involved in the teaching, management or liaison of partnership programmes are eligible to apply for Oxford Brookes University affiliate staff status.
This means you can apply to get an Oxford Brookes University staff number and password which allows you to access a range of different services and facilities the University provides including your own Oxford Brookes Google@Brookes email account, access to the online library and careers resources and access to PIP and APTT.
Applying for affiliate staff status
Please be aware that during busy times this process can take some time so please apply as early as you can.
To apply for affiliate staff status you will need to complete the Affiliate Staff Request form – your details will then be forwarded to our HR and IT teams for processing
As soon as we have received your form your account can be set up.
You will receive an email confirming your Oxford Brookes staff number and your password will be posted separately to you.
If, as a member of staff in our partner colleges, you are taking on additional responsibilities on our partnership programmes,you will need to complete the Additional Responsibilities Request form to be reviewed by the relevant Faculty team.
Please be aware that once issued, passwords need to be kept safely and cannot be re-issued. If you mislay it, please contact our IT team (OBIS) directly for assistance.
