SRS/CRM Management Group

  • Over the summer, the new student information system has gone live and is now the primary source of student records and academic activities for the University.

    Alongside this move into business as usual, there is a new governance structure in place, that brings together the management of both the student record system as well as the customer relationship management system (SRS/CRM Management Group). The group is co-chaired by the Chief Information Officer, the Director of Marketing, Recruitment and Engagement and the Director of Academic and Student Administration.

    The group will provide governance, strategic management and leadership for the ongoing development and operation of the two new systems. Specifically:

    • Data Governance
    • Prioritisation of Backlog
    • Release Management
    • Benefits Realisation
