In November, the Student Records System (SRS) Programme will launch an e-newsletter. Please subscribe using this link. You can also check this website and our Twitter page for more information. The SRS Change Champion in your team is a trusted source of information on the SRS Programme, so feel free to contact them too.

Dry-run of admissions functionality
The next milestone for the SRS is a major admissions functionality test in February-March 2018. In the meantime, Deputy Head of Admissions Janet Sloan has been fine-tuning admissions’ features along with Ellucian consultants. Once this phase of the work is complete, the SRS Team will do a roadshow to showcase the system to a wider audience.

Engaging academics
Maritza Miranda, a SRS Business Change Manager, is busy organising the SRS Academic Engagement Group. Recognising the importance of academics in the SRS, business change colleagues are working with Faculty Deans to nominate colleagues from each faculty to be the voices of the SRS Programme in the academic community. The first meeting of this group is planned for the week of 20 November 2017.

New faces
Two colleagues recently joined the SRS Team. Mei Leung, reporting analyst and Gajendra Prasad, data migration consultant, will be working on the technical side of the SRS. Find out what they are doing in our Prezi above.

Feel free to email any of our team members or subject matter experts if you have any questions about the SRS Programme. Alternatively, email Maria Assaf, SRS Communications Officer, via massaf@brookes.ac.uk and she will forward your question to an expert in the matter and get back to you.
