  • The University values each individual member of staff, and has adopted equality, diversity and inclusion as core values.  These are reflected throughout the policies and practices in place as the University seeks to be a genuinely inclusive organisation.

    Staff and their line managers are welcome to access advice from the Disability and Dyslexia/SpLD Service about resources, and reasonable adjustments relating to their disability, specific learning difficulty or long-term medical condition.
