What's included?

The price includes all of your utility bills, wired internet connection, basic contents insurance and inclusive travel on the BROOKESbus network (BROOKESkey account required). Any partners or children who live in the family flats will not be eligible for the inclusive travel. Free Wi-Fi is provided to students across most Oxford Brookes University sites.

A complimentary internet connection in the hall is provided by WiFinity and whilst every effort will be made to ensure the connection is stable, the University does not accept liability for any loss of connection due to technical problems.

Family flats are suitable for individuals with a child or couples with a child. Please note: if you will be bringing your partner but they are not going to be a full-time student (either because they are studying part-time or are not a student at all), they will be eligible to pay council tax. The full-time student will need to complete a council tax exemption form as your status as a student will affect how much council tax your household is charged. You may be charged more if you do not declare your status as a student.

Location

The hall is close to bus stops on both Headington Road and Marston Road, providing easy transport into the city centre, and our Wheatley and Harcourt Hill campuses. You can walk to the popular Cowley Road, where most of our students socialise, in approximately 20 minutes.
