This hall forms part of Clive Booth Student Village complex which also includes separate blocks for undergraduate students. It is a large student residential complex surrounded by landscaped grounds and trees.

News Please note, as part of the University’s commitment to providing high quality accommodation for our students, redevelopment work at parts of the Clive Booth site are being planned for late 2021. Some non-occupied parts of the site will not be accessible and disturbance will always be kept to the minimum possible, however, some noise and increased road traffic will occur during the day. Our contractors follow construction best-practice guidelines and all necessary Health and Safety precautions will be strictly adhered to throughout the project.
- En suite single study bedrooms: £179.97 per week - £6,813.15 for a 38 week contract or £8,972.79 for a 50 week contract.
- We have three 1 bedroom flats available for couples: £258.30 per week (50 weeks only).
Some blocks have 38 week contracts and some have 50 week contracts. It is not possible to change the contract length assigned to a room.
Contracts for the 2023/24 academic year run for 38 or 50 weeks from Saturday 16 September 2023.
The price includes all of your utility bills, wired internet connection, basic contents insurance and inclusive travel on the BROOKESbus network (BROOKESkey account required). Free Wi-Fi is provided to students across most Oxford Brookes University sites. Partners living in the studios who are not also full-time students would not be eligible for the inclusive travel pass.
A complimentary internet connection in the hall is provided by WiFinity and whilst every effort will be made to ensure the connection is stable, the University does not accept liability for any loss of connection due to technical problems.

The hall is close to bus stops on both Headington Road and Marston Road, providing easy transport into the city centre, and our Wheatley and Harcourt Hill campuses. You can walk to the popular Cowley Road, where most of our students socialise, in approximately 20 minutes.
