  • Internship award logoOxford Brookes awarded the AGCAS Awards for Excellence

For the third year in a row, the Graduate Internship scheme will be open to our international students through the successful collaboration of Brookes and Access Tier 5.  This venture has been so successful that it resulted in Brookes winning the 2017 AGCAS (Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services) Award for Partnership with Professional Services. The combined work of OBU’s Careers and Human Resources departments has enabled a successful partnership to flourish, enabling Access Tier 5 to sponsor the International students that have been appointed to the scheme.  This has allowed them to remain and work in the UK under the Tier 5 Temporary Worker - Government Authorised Exchange immigration category, enabling 10 International students to progress through the scheme over the last 2 years.
