Oxford Brookes Volunteer Centre aims to act as a link between students and the local community. We promote engaging volunteering opportunities, enabling students to share their skills and enthusiasm.
There are approximately 18,000 students at Oxford Brookes University. We promote volunteering inclusively, advertising to all students - ranging from 1st year residents to students researching their PhD. We’re proud that our students come from a diverse and wide range of backgrounds and cultures.
We offer a free brokerage service to promote mutually beneficial volunteering roles in the local area. Please take a look at our Volunteering Policy. We also run on-campus events, such as our annual Volunteer Fair in October and Volunteer Wednesdays.
We also have a weekly newsletter where we can promote your opportunities and also on social media.
The Volunteer Centre is very new at Oxford Brookes, but we’re keen to develop ideas with you! If you have any queries or would like to discuss further opportunities, please do get in touch at email@example.com.
