If you are eligible to attend the Dubai ceremony, you will have been sent an email informing you of the location of your ceremony.

To secure your place at the ceremony you must either pay a refundable deposit or purchase guest tickets by 10 January 2019. The information below is to help you with planning your graduation.
You will be sent an email inviting you to the ceremony in August 2018 if you are a Period 35 graduate, or late September 2018 if you area Period 36 graduate. You will need to register for your graduation ceremony if you would like to attend.
Once registration is open, you will be sent an email invitation with a registration form attached. You need to complete the form and return it to us via email by the deadline.
Once you have registered, you will be sent a confirmation letter via email which will provisionally offer you a place and provide further information about the ceremony. To secure your place at the ceremony you must either pay a refundable deposit or purchase guest tickets by 10 January 2019. Ticket sales will open once you have registered for the ceremony.
If you are not bringing guests, you will need to pay a deposit of £39. This deposit will be refunded to the card used to pay on the online shop within 5 working days of the graduation ceremony, provided that you have attended. If you do not attend the ceremony, we will not be able to refund you.
If you are bringing guests to the ceremony, you don’t have to pay a deposit.
You can purchase your guest tickets via the Oxford Brookes Online Shop. Sales will open from 1 November 2018.
You will need to purchase your deposit/guest tickets via the Oxford Brookes Online Shop. If this is your first transaction through the online shop, you will have to register as a new user. Tickets will be available for collection on the day of your ceremony.
Ticket sales will open from 1 November 2018.
The ticket cost is £39 per guest (adults and children over 5 years old). This is the discounted rate. Any remaining tickets available after the initial deadline will be priced at £45 each. You will be informed of all the ticket purchase deadlines once you have registered for the ceremony.
The cost of gown hire is £40 (for the gown, hood and hat).
This is payable via the Oxford Brookes Online Shop from 1 November 2018.
In addition to the cost of hiring academic dress, all
graduates will be required to pay a cash deposit of 300 AED on the day of the
ceremony. This will be refunded when the academic dress is returned to us.
Gown hire is optional.
Please pay for your gown hire via the Oxford Brookes Online Shop from 1 November 2018.
If you are wearing a gown or not wearing a gown, the dress
code remains the same. We would ask that you dress smartly or you can wear
traditional/religious clothing. We politely request no jeans, t-shirts, shorts
The Imprint Studio, Dubai will be available to take official
photographs on the day.
We will list details of the photo packages and price
list once we have received further information from the photographers.
If you require a visa to travel to Dubai, you can request a visa support letter from us after you have paid your deposit or purchased your guest tickets. Please email us with the name(s) and nationality of your guests once you have made your purchase.
Please note that it is your responsibility to check that you have made all the necessary arrangements for entry to Dubai. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.
