    Registration

  • Graduations take place twice a year; in June and at the end of the summer. The next ceremonies will be from 31 August–1 September at Oxford Brookes Headington Campus.

Please see the graduation ceremonies timetable to find out the date and time of your ceremony.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled ceremony, you can request to attend an alternative ceremony. We will accommodate students if space is available, but there is no guarantee that this will be possible. Please visit the registration page for full details about what to do next.

Registration opens on 2 July for August-September ceremonies.

Once registration is open, you need to go to the 'My Graduation Planner' tab on PIP and follow the instructions. If you experience any difficulties accessing or using PIP, please contact Student Central.

PIP might not be showing the right information until registration opens. If PIP still shows the wrong information once registration is open (2 July for August-September ceremonies) contact the Graduation Team as soon as you can and we will help you register.

As long as you cancel your registration before the registration closing date on 16 August (August-September ceremonies), we will refund your guest ticket costs. No refunds will be given after this date.
