you can use this method to buy your ticket.
Coaches leave regularly throughout the day (about every 30
minutes) and less regularly during the night (about every 90 minutes). Airline
coaches do not stop at Terminal 5 after 2320 and before 0550 . If you are arriving
at Terminal 5 during those times take the free shuttle train, called the Heathrow Express, to Heathrow Central
Station (Terminals 2 and 3). From there
proceed to Heathrow Central bus station which is a short walk from these
terminals and is well signposted. Take the Airline coach from the Central bus
station, bay 14A though you can check this on the screens in the central bus station. Click here to find more information about travelling between

Please get off the bus at the Oxford Brookes bus stop B4. If there is an International Student Helper in a green t shirt there, they will show you where to go. Otherwise, please go to the reception of John Henry Brookes Building (JHBB). Please ask our security staff to telephone you a taxi to take you to your accommodation.
The taxi is not free and you will have to pay for it, so make sure that you have GB Pounds (£) with you. The taxis are metered and the price is different depending on where in Oxford you are going to. If you do not have accommodation organised then the security will advise you on what overnight arrangements can be made.
You must know what time you will arrive at either Heathrow airport or at Oxford Brookes before you can register for the Meet & Greet service. You can sign up to the Meet &Greet service from Thursday 9 August.
Once you have signed up for the Meet & Greet we will have your details, and you will be taken to a confirmation page. You do not need to bring the confirmation with you to use the service, this is just for your reference so that you know we have added your details to our list. You will not receive an email confirmation or ticket.
