BRP collection

If you applied for a Student visa and your course is longer than 6 months, in most cases you will receive a BRP card (Biometric Resident Permit), which is your visa. Some students will receive a digital visa status or share code.

If your visa decision letter says your BRP will be delivered to Oxford Brookes University, you can collect it from the Student Central counter between 11:00am - 3:00pm on the following dates:

  • Monday 17 April

You are advised to email isct@brookes.ac.uk to confirm the time. Please bring your passport and visa decision letter. If you are collecting BRPs for your dependants, please bring your passport, your dependants’ passport and their letters from the UKVI confirming their visa.

Right to Study Checks

If you are not a UK national, you must complete the Right to Study Checks to be fully enrolled on your course. Please refer to the information on the Right to Study Checks webpage.
