So far Oxford Brookes has helped more than 900 students, and has distributed over £1.32 million to assist with Covid-related concerns since the first lockdown.

On receiving their payment, one student said: “The help you’ve given me is unbelievable, and it will make a very huge difference to me for these next few months until I get my job back again. Thank you so much again - I can’t explain what this means to me.”

Another said: “Thank you for your help and kindness, this is truly welcome and has helped secure an otherwise uncertain financial future on the course.”
