Click and Collect is here! On 27 July, a click and collect service launched for physical books held at Headington and Harcourt Hill libraries. It is available to postgraduates, researchers and staff.
Requests for items held on the shelves can be made on this form or via the link on the Library home page (top right hand side). Requests made by 12.00 noon will be available for collection from 12.00 noon to 4.00pm the next day (Monday-Friday). Library staff will email details about how to collect requests when the item(s) are available.
The next steps in reopening are focused on resuming self-service and opening study space in all our libraries in a COVID-secure manner. Details will be available when the timescale is fixed.
Access to the Library’s e-resources continues to be available as does the remote support via Chat on the homepage, email and through the Academic Liaison librarians.
