    How we can help

    The team are trained and equipped to resolve a large number of queries, such as:

    Where we can't answer questions immediately, we will either get back to you with an answer or refer your query to a specialist team who can.

    Zoom Room

    If you would like to speak to us face-to-face to discuss your query, you can come to our Zoom Room. It is open from 10.00am to 12.00pm and 2.00pm to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. You can click here to enter the waiting room. You will then be assigned to one of our friendly advisors when they become available.

    If your query isn’t urgent, you can reach us via email on studentcentral@brookes.ac.ukWe aim to respond to your queries within 3 working days, but it may take longer during busy periods.

    Counter service

    If your query is complicated, you can come to our counter in the Student Form, John Henry Brookes Building, Headington Campus. The counter is open from 11.00am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday. At busy times, you may need to queue, but we will see everyone as quickly as we can.
