  • Stress is the body's response to demands made on us. Not all stress is bad. Stress only becomes a problem if we start to worry, panic or get irritable so we doubt our ability to do things and problems seem too big to tackle. If you think this is beginning to happen, act quickly to reduce the effects of stress.
