Meditation can help you to regulate your responses to stressful situations. With regular practice, you can improve your breathing and your problem-solving abilities.
We meet in the Multifaith Chaplaincy Garden Room (BCK.G.20) on Headington Campus to spend some time in still and silence to recharge our physical and emotional selves. All are welcome.

During semester time, we will be exploring issues of mindfulness and mental refreshment. This is a fifteen-minute session of non-faith-based meditation (mostly in quiet), held on Fridays at 12.35pm in the Westminster Chapel at Harcourt Hill. All are welcome.
