The Multifaith Chaplaincy offer two meditation sessions weekly
Meditation for Relaxation Tuesdays at 12.00, online
This session is a lightly-guided breathing meditation. We meet to spend some time in still and silence to recharge our physical and emotional selves. All are welcome.

Guided Mindfulness Meditation Fridays at 13.00, online
Mindfulness meditation to resource and support you. This session offers the opportunity to experience a guided meditation with Susie Stead, who is an experienced meditation teacher trained and accredited by the Oxford Mindfulness Centre (OMC) and listed with the British Association for Mindfulness Based Approaches (BAMBA). She will guide a short meditation and is available to answer questions about your practise and experiences. All are welcome.
