Support while you're studying

  • To benefit fully from your university experience, Brookes offers you a wide range of support when you are registered with the Dyslexia and Specific Learning Difficulties Service.
    We invite you to talk to us so we can establish the support you need and tailor it to your individual requirements.  This support includes the following:

    Students in the Forum

    Drop-in sessions

    If you have questions about:

    • Screening for dyslexia/SpLDs
    • Registration with the Dyslexia/SpLD Service
    • Disabled Students’ Allowances
    • The blue marking card for online hand-ins
    • One to one specialist study skills support

    Come along to one of our drop-in sessions.

    12:30 to 1:30 pm in the Enquiry Centre (near the main reception) in the JHB, Headington Campus (no appointment necessary)
